A communications specialist with senior experience at Smiths Group, Guy's & St Thomas' Foundation, Associated British Ports and ICMM, she knows how to translate complex ESG narratives into content that is clear, credible and compelling - and has done so for audiences from boardrooms to the public.

Gordon solves the data problem that bothers most sustainability reporting functions: messy, inconsistent inputs that resist standardisation. With 20+ years experience working across organisations of all sizes, he designs the transformation pipelines and automated workflows that turn real-world datasets into clean, audit-ready outputs. He is increasingly applying AI and large language models to accelerate that process.
