Supply Chain and Modern Slavery Policy

Purpose
To ensure that all Cambianz Limited operations and business relationships are conducted with integrity, respect for human rights, and zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, directors, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and any third party acting on behalf of the company anywhere in the world.
Key Commitments
- Understand Supply Chain Risks
We continuously assess risks of forced labour, human trafficking, and other forms of exploitation within our own operations and those of our suppliers. - Implement Due Diligence
Before entering into or renewing business relationships, we carry out proportionate due-diligence processes to identify and mitigate modern-slavery and related risks. - Staff Training
We provide regular training to employees and contractors so they can recognise, prevent, and report any signs of modern slavery or abuse in the supply chain. - Include Anti-Slavery Clauses in Contracts
All contracts with suppliers and partners must contain explicit clauses prohibiting modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking, and must require compliance with applicable laws, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. - Reporting Mechanism
Any employee, contractor, or supplier may report concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation via compliance@cambianz.com.
Responsibility and Review
The Directors areresponsible for enforcing and reviewing this policy annually. Breaches byemployees or suppliers will result in disciplinary action or contracttermination.
