Our Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour expected from everyone representing Cambianz Limited. It supports our values of integrity, professionalism and sustainability.
1. Legal & Ethical Compliance
Follow all applicable laws, including anti-bribery, competiiton, data protection (UK GDPR) and health & safety regulatons.
Avoid conflicts of interest; disclose any potential conflict to management immediately.
2. Professional Behaviour
Treat clients, colleagues, suppliers and the public with respect, fairness and courtesy.
Protect confidential information and never misuse client or company data.
3. Anti-Bribery & Corruption
Abide by the Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy.
Record all giIsand hospitality above the stated threshold.
4.Sustainability & Social Responsibility
Support environmental protection and sustainable practices in our operations and for clients.
Uphold human rights, including prohibitions on forced labour and child labour.
5. Use of Company Assets
Use company property, equipment and funds responsibly and for legitimate business purposes only.
6. Reporting Concerns
Report any suspected misconduct, including breaches of this Code, to a director or compliance contact.
The Company will investigate promptly and protect whistle-blowers from retaliation.
